  • Be sure to review the shipping information for each city as each venue handles receiving differently.  Failure to follow shipping directions may result in misplaced packages. 
  • Please remember that all accounts must be settled prior to the event start dates. If you require your invoice to be sent again, or would like information on payment options, please let us know.

  • Toronto West

    Below is a helpful checklist to ensure that your exhibiting experience at iTech Toronto West 2023 is successful. Please take note of deadline dates as ordering services on-site can add over 20% to your overall expenses. 

    Booths will be set with an 8′ high back-wall drape and a 3′ high side-wall drape (excluding islands). A 6-ft. draped table, two chairs and one electrical outlet will be included with your booth.  Start Up Packages include a 6-ft. draped table, two chairs and one electrical outlet (no drape).  For any additional decorating needs, please use the order forms found below.

    You are free to use your own customs broker for your cross-border needs.

     SHIPPING

    No shipments are allowed to arrive at the venue before Friday May 19th. Shipments must arrive between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. (Please note, Monday, May 22nd is a Holiday and no shipments can arrive on that day.)

     INSURANCE

    Neither Show Management nor the building owners will accept responsibility for injury to persons, loss of, or damage to products, exhibits, equipment, or decorations, by fire, accident, theft or any other cause while in the building or on the grounds. Laptops and small items of value should be removed when the tabletop is not staffed.

    Exhibitors must provide proof of adequate insurance for their own personnel, exhibits, and materials against all such hazards.  A copy must be emailed to [email protected] before May 16, 2023.
